10/6 - 10/14 Delivery Thread

so I wasn't able to place my order for the AW until 4:20pm (local time; preorders started at 4:00pm here) ... Despite the auspicious time, my delivery dates are 10/6-10/14, and the order has been stuck on "Processing" for the past eight days. Is anyone else in the same boat?

I’m in the 9/26-10/2 boat (ordered two min after site got online) for my 44mm SS gold with milanaise - and i don’t see any movement either.

Don’t know if I should try to get one in store today, but it says no pickup available.

Over a week, and still no activity on my order. Is anyone else having any luck? Can't believe being 20 minutes late (largely due to the Store being down!) is causing a 3-4 week delay!

I’m in this boat. SS w/ sportband. No change on my order status, but I was charged $65.94 last night. No idea what that means. I’ve not submitted any other.orders and Apple has nothing else to charge me for.

Any ideas?

I was charged $150.15 this morning randomly from Apple. Never seen a partial charge before, but I dont have any open orders besides my SS watch.... hmmmmm

Very interesting. I will be obsessively checking my account, order status, and Ups reference tracking through the day. I’ll be sure to circle back with any updates.

Yea, not sure what's up. Apple store recommended reaching out to the support lines, but I haven't gotten to that yet. It looks close to what my wife's upfront cost was for IUP, but that had already been charged. Interested to see what JayHawk's finds out.

apple support was absolutely no help. after 35 mins of hold, she said she has no idea what the charge would be for as they dont show anything on their end and my watch order is still in process.

Yea it’s just a pending charge for a fraction of the amount of the watch. It’ll most likely drop off soon, if not, Maybe someone stole my card number and purchased something from Apple as well lbs.

I hope this weird billing stuff isn't a symptom of a larger problem with our orders ...

Not that it means anything, but my 10/5-10/12 order ETA has changed to "Preparing for Shipment" so they may actually be running ahead of schedule. SCORE!

How is yours shipping? My 10/12-10/19 is shipping fedex with Monday delivery.

Just talked to another apple rep and the random charge was an early upgrade payment for my iPhone Xs max they randomly decided to charge me on a few days later. ‍♂️. Back to the drawing board on waiting for this watch.

Mine was related in someway to the IUP, but they're not sure why I was charged that amount. They did a refund and said to look out to make sure the next payment is correct.

My watch is a 44 sg aluminum gps-lte with sport loop. Still setting at fedex in Shanghai.

Order shipped. Started with Oct 1 delivery date. Pushed to the 2nd and then the 3rd over the first 3 hours of receiving the tracking.

So frickin' irritating.

Ok so my watch finally shipped - it's in Shanghai ATM (a three hour flight from Tokyo) but isn't scheduled to be delivered until Sunday (five days from now) ... maybe they're going to have someone swim it over ...
