10.6.2 update broke my fonts :(

After installing the 10.6.2 update ive noticed the majority of my fonts are not loading in Photoshop CS4 and MS Word. Only a handful of random fonts are loading.

Does anyone have a suggestion as to how I can rebuild the font library without losing my fonts?
