10.6.8 - L2TP VPN no throughput

Just an FYI - after installing 10.6.8 my L2TP VPN doesn't work.

I authenticate and connect just fine, however after that point there's absolutely no data throughput at all. Zeros across the board.

Worked fine in 10.6.7.

The other VPN connection type (PPTP? Forget the exact acronym) seems to work OK, not sure if I'm getting the throughput I'm used to seeing but at least packets are flowing.
 
Looks like this was either a coincidence with my VPN host going flakey around the same time I loaded 10.6.8, or they addressed whatever problem they had with 10.6.8 as everything is peachy today....
