Hi there,
since i´ve a mid-2010 15" MBP which was suffering from the login-freezes / black-screen freezes under 10.7 (went back to 10.6 after that, problem solved), I wanted to check out 10.8 to see if apple has solved the problem oder my MBP somehow would work under a new OS. Since dual booting through partitioning the HDD seems to work with 10.6 / 10.8, I was wondering if the installation-process of 10.8 makes some significant changes on my hardware (flashing or something) that would interfere with my absolutely brilliant running 10.6.8? Just worried about not being able to go back to 10.6 if 10.8 turns out to be a lemon.
Cheers!
