10.6 Spaces - Consolidate with C Shortcut

I was wondering if the C shortcut is working for anybody in Spaces on 10.6? This was a shortcut on 10.5 to consolidate all open windows across all spaces into a single space.

Has this been removed in 10.6? Or is it just my computer?

Replicable by holding down command and using the arrow keys.

For example, if you are in the top left space of four spaces, do this:

command+down
command+right
command+up
command+left

All your windows are now in the top left space. It sounds awkward, but it's pretty easy.
