You do realize that the App Expose doesn't show finder windows? At this point, nothing does if they are minimized unless you do a gesture on the finder icon itself. Tedious.

I could care less about 'app' windows. Mission Control is broken for me if it doesn't show everything.

Finder windows are shown exactly the same way as other programs: select the program, do Application windows Expose.

I don't see the big hoopla about minimized windows. You already have a good indicator about them in your Dock. IMO minimizing windows isn't really that useful anyway, personally I'm not bothered by having tons of windows stacked on top of each other as long as I can get to them via Expose or other means. Those who like Windows 7's dock thumbnails should try Hyperdock, it's quite nice.

What doesn't work well is a single application having lots of windows. They get clustered together and sometimes even zooming doesn't show them properly because how they're arranged seems somewhat arbitrary. For example I had 4 Safari windows, in normal MC view I could not see much for the 3rd and in zoomed view the same window was hard to see too because it was behind several others. It should properly spread them out at least in zoomed view. Even though these days it's rare for a single application to have tons of windows, it does happen in image editors for example and that's where it's going to become a problem.
