I just purchased a new 13 inch Retina MBP, along with Borderlands 2 from the app store. This game crashes almost every time I try to change levels and sometimes in the open world. I am running 10.8.3. Aspyre is slowly replying to my emails and doesn't seem to have much info. Anybody know whats up??

Check the time of next crash, go to console.app and copy here all the events that happened within several seconds

Well, I think you should check the contents of /Users/claytonpack/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports/Borderlands2_2013-03-26-211755_Claytons-MacBook-Pro.crash

Bus error often means that the memory can't be accessed for some reason (e.g. when the application tries to write to a read-only part of the RAM).

Blame the game, read the bold part, it says should not be used for 10.7 and higher!

Oh, and I see you still have the infamous ls.boxd messages filling up the log, nothing to do with the crash but there are plenty of them if you go up in the log.

Deprecated does not mean 'will cause a crash'. Many applications use deprecated API here and there.
