10.8.3 freeze with GTX 560 randomly

Hi all,
after upgrade from 10.8.2 to 10.8.3 my mac pro will freeze randomly.
18.03.13 17:14:43,000 kernel[0]: NVDA(OpenGL): Channel exception! exception type = 0x8 = Fifo: Watchdog Timeout Error

Any help here ?
