When you say you "can't use internet", care to offer some details? What exactly is happening? Error messages? No connection at all? Slow connection? Redirects? What browser are you using?

How to maximise your MacRumors troubleshooting experience

Absolutely no issues with my cable internet nor WiFi with both the update install and later a clean reformat and install of 10.8.3

Yes, same here and it is driving me crazy. Wifi drops randomly and for no apparent reason. On a 2007 iMac 24", never had any Wifi problems before upgrading to 10.8.3. Using a current-generation Airport Extreme. It happens on BOTH the 2.4GHz & 5GHz bands. Ugh!!!

I'm on an MBA and it seems like the problem is Safari  It works fine if I stay in a single tab, but as soon as i open a new tab and go to a website my connection drops. Like 8 or 9 out of 10 times I open a new tab. It's annoying as HELL...

Any other solutions - did deleting the keychain work ?
Will there be a patch for this - its driving my wife crazy.

I am also having this problem. Internet works normally on windows pc, on the iphone but on my macbook air is it so slow. From time to time it works normally.

how to delete keychain?

Keychain access->System->and delete your "network name" (kind: airport network password) ?

Possible solution?

If you are using a dual-band router (2.4GHz + 5GHz) try shutting-off the 5GHz. That worked for me! No more wifi dropouts at all since I did this! :apple:

I think I solved mine... I could not connect with Safari intermittently, but I could with other browsers. Then I turned off Little Snitch network monitor and suddenly Safari worked again. I checked the LS rules and under Safari there was a Deny rule for "web process". I deleted that now I have no issues.

I don't know if this is the same issue others are having, but if you have LS, check that. Peace.

Having the same issue on a 2012 13" Air and a mid 2011 Mini. Have tried applying the combo, fixing disk permissions, and still experience it. Everything was fine before the update....

It's an odd problem, as the only indication I get, is that Dropbox loses connection. Turning off Wifi and then turning it back on fixes it for a short while.

Will give the SMC reset a go....
