10.8.4 installation broke my computer. Will reinstall from recovery help?

Hello guys,

10.8.4 installation made my computer on a constant restarting loop even after pram and smc reset.
If I do recovery disc system reinstall could you please tell me what I lose on my computer? Or will it just reinstall the system and I wont lose anything?

Please help before I do something stupid ))

ok, i was able too boot safe mode so there is some hope. Is the next step to reinstall 10.8.4. but combo version?

Yes but first make sure there are no problems with the startup disk, see my post in your other thread.

In which case, the problem is not with 10.8.4 itself, but likely something else installed on your computer.
