10.9.1 QE/CI Exotic-Patch for 48xx Gfx-Cards

Changed the topic.

Its for all who using PC Gfx-Cards. For example 4890. Without this Patch there is no Gfx-Acceleration.

Came just a couple of days too late for me, I've upgraded to a GTX 660 now. Still, great to see the 4890 going strong.
