Hi all,

Just installed 10.9.2 13C32 build and my MBA mid-2013 facetime camera doesn't work anymore, anyone else also concerned ?

Thanks.

Franck

Done. Just want to know if it's a bug or a failure of my MBA...

I see what you're saying

Does the camera work in Photo Booth?

my iSight camera in my ACD stopped working in 10.9.1 so, its possible its a bug.

I've issued a bug report a little while ago on the same issue...same hardware. I haven't heard anything back yet. Hopefully the next beta is soon and addresses the problem.

Same here, facetime camera doesn't work on MBA 11' mid2013.

If I connect to thunderbolt display and use the camera there all works fine.

Any thoughts on how fix this?

Any attempts to reverse to an older AppleCamera.plugin do fail...

Reinstalled 10.9.1 and everything is OK.

Video Mirror

Hi All,

You'll probably find that you have some video mirroring app installed - AirDisplay, AirParrot or something like that. It's an Apple issue which the other video people say will be fixed (hopefully) in 10.9.3! For now if you need your cameras to work - uninstall the other app(s) and restart.

You may need to launch Skype to get it all going again!

Hope this helps...
