10-bit Color Bootcamp

Since 10-bit color is not supported in 10.9 Mavericks, is it supported via HDMI/Thunderbolt out with the newest MacBook Pro 15" running Bootcamp Windows 8.1?

2nd: Is the MacBook Pro display capable of 10-bit color or is it natively 8-bit?

The MacBook Pro video cards are not capable of producing 10 bit color.
NVIDIA 10 bit capable cards are in the Quadro line.
Various ATI cards are capable as well, as long as there is DisplayPort.

Either way, you will need a non-mobile platform.
