iChat Version for me, looks like the Way Apple Will Go, thinner at the bottom to make it feel thinner.
 
They all look fugly, the only one I would buy is the QWERTY but I still prefer the 3G over it.
 
I like the idea of GPS Google Maps location feature built into a video calling app, looks kinda cool.
