100$ cash back from 1st gen 16gb?

    so to people that bought a iphone 16gb will we get 100$ back because the new iphones cost much lower?
    like they did before?

    No. Technology changes over time and prices fluctuate. Apple purposely stopped selling phones well in advance so that people couldn't complain about this.

    NO.

    The rebate/refund at the beginning was because they screwed the early adopters (debatable I am sure). Anyone who would be seeking a refund now is NOT an early adopter. They are a last minute trying to buy it as cheap as possible adopter.

    Not that its bad, but do not expect or even ask for a rebate/refund if you waited this long to buy one.

    Note: when I say *you*, I do NOT mean you specifically. Its a generalized you.

    no way, I have a 16gb and I would never expect this from Apple, nor do I think it's owed to me.

    yeah it sux, paying 500 bux for something that's 300 bux on July 11 but oh well,
