$100 off any device - able to use with Verizon iPhone 4?

I got an email from Verizon stating that all 3 of my family lines are eligible for an upgrade.

Line #1: Exclusive $100 off
Line #2 Promotional Price
Line #3 (my line) Promotional price

Line #1 belongs to another one of my family members but none of them are getting the iPhone 4 expect for me. I'm wondering if I (Line #3) could get the $100 off on my 32GB iPhone 4 or is it only available for that Line #1. Any other options?

I am not 100% sure but I have had Verizon for a long time and i have had those discounts. I previously had the $100 credit it was only allowed to that line becasue that line had the longest lenght of service compared to the other line which had a promotional discount like yours. All you can do it try when you go to pre-order but I believe it only applies to the 3rd line.
