$100 rebate and T-Mobile

Has anyone been able to get the Apple rebate with T-Mobile? I haven't tried, want to know before I go putting my S/N into Apple's site.

I unlocked my iPhone, and am using T-Mobile. Since Apple asks for the phone number, I was hoping they would just text the code to the phone number entered... though I am now starting to wonder if it isn't as easy as I'm hoping.

I entered mine just for fun (purchased it after the $200 drop), and it told me i was ineligible because i purchased it after the drop. No surprise there.

It won't work because the text it sends you is from AT&T.
