100% to 1% battery in 2 hours usage...

All the settings are the same as always.
Normally I can get a day of usage out of the battery...
Does anyone have any ideas why this happens all of a sudden?
Do I need a new battery?

Which iPhone, what types of apps you were using for 2 hours.

On my old 4s, my battery wouldn't last very long if I was streaming music, even over wifi.

Bad reception? Stuck app? Various things that could be behind it.

Have you tried restarting the phone?
