can i unbar it somehow ...with some program or something...srry i dont know much in this subject

The short answer is no.

It looks like you got royally screwed by the guy who sold it to you in the market.

Don't buy iPhones from unauthorised sellers is the lesson.

I've been. Reading some threads and they said that if I sell it in another country it will work or work out a trade with someone in another country withthe same problem......

Yes it could be barred at the network.

If so, it is the IMEI, and if it is anything like th U.K. then the blacklist is shared across all networks.

You can check by phoning your carrier and asking them.

Might be easier just to take it back though.

they say the orginal owner has done
it
no idea who that is...is there another way around it
The phone is stolen which is why it is barred from the network. Barring on a network is generally country specific, it should be usable in any country other than Australia once unlocked. Sell it overseas.

Well it isunloked so I should sell it overseas

you cam but you can also be prosecuted as it has been reported stolen so if you try to sell it on ebay you coiuld be having an unexpected knock on the door from the police

you do know ... selling stolen property is against the law in every country?

it is known as fencing stolen goods here in Canada
