1066 DDR2 in 2006 Mac Pro?

I've currently got 12GB of DDR2 667Mhz of RAM in my 2006 Mac Pro, could I use 1066mhz DDR2?

Yes, but they will still downclock to 667.

Yes. The system bus/EFI specifies the speed the RAM will be accessed with, not the RAM itself.
