Reading another thread there seemed to be a lot of people commenting on how a black MBP would be good, well, I agree!

Heres my mockup, complete of course with OS X Lion ;)

Modelled in Cinema 4D. :)

If you use this images i'd appreciate it if you could credit me.

Features:

Black Anodized Aluminum alloy solid machined frame.
The metal is actually a Titanium/Aluminum alloy. Reducing weight for the 15" to 1.97kg.
Bezel size reduced (but not too much, realistically the tech isn't there yet).
Thinner screen (reduced by 1.6mm).
Thinner body (reduced by 3mm).

As for the system specs, well i'll leave that to you guys to discuss. SSD as standard, 8gb RAM with up to 16gb sounds nice too.

Nice work on the picture! Not sure if I am a big fan of the black anodized one compared to the current one (but that is my opinion).

I wonder if Apple really would do that in the next update because it looks like they finally got all their products in the silver/black theme. (even the Cinema display and iPhone)

Please don't let me opinion discourage your hardwork. I think the picture looks fantastic! :)

I say screw Aluminium, screw black, use carbon Fibre unfortunately I know I'm just dreaming :p but that would be freaking sweet; thinner, lighter, stronger, and and awesome black finish that isn't quite black
