I recently purchased a M4 Mac mini with 10gb ethernet port. I am connecting this to a Ubiquiti Aggregation switch using a 10gb Ubiquiti Transceiver using Cat6 cables. The Mac mini constantly disconnects from the ethernet connection via ethernet. The Mac mini is used as a media server and does not have a monitor, keyboard or mouse direct connected. I access via multiple Apple TV's and control using an Intel MacBook Pro. When connected via 1gb to another Ubiquiti Switch it will stay connected. Any help would be appreciated.

Energy Efficient Ethernet compatibility issue? Try turning off EEE in ethernet hardware setting in Settings > Network details.

Try to turn off auto negotiation on the switch port and Mac.

How many simultaneous streams do you have going at once on this media server?
Surely a 1Gb connection is more than enough to never get maxed out.....especially if streaming remotely as internet speed will then more likely be the bottleneck.
I have an older 2018 Mac mini that is used as a plex media server and is connected by 1Gb cat6 and never had an issue....although it is very rare to have more than 2 or 3 streams going at any one time...local or remotely.
