If Apple would give us a proper dark mode I would have no reason to jailbreak anymore. NoSlowAnimations would be great for iOS 11 though.

Now I can't even remember all the killer utilities I used to have installed.

Anyone remember the name of that app that as soon as someone read or began typing an imessage it would show you who is doing that where the time in the status bar goes? Killer app!

And 5 icons in the dock...

And themes!!

It's good to be excited about it, but you may have to adjust your expectations a bit.

We've lost a little here and a little there as far as tweaks are concerned with each new firmware. Some new tweaks have risen to replace old ones, but each time a few go missing.

It's unfortunate but seems to be consistent.

At the very least, you'll need to wait for devs to update their tweaks.

PS. The tweak you were asking about is TypeStatus or TypeStatus 2, depending on the firmware you are using.

I didn't just stumble upon this on Twitter or something. It's been covered by major tech bloggers and YouTube channels. This happens pretty frequently and not once in my post did I say anything about a public release. Where's the deception? A simple search would have brought you to the video discussed.

So no, I wouldn't say it's premature.
