iPhone 11 11 → 14 Plus, how big camera upgrade?

I just updated my 13 Mini to 14 Pro, and can clearly see the camera upgrade. I mostly take portrait photos and they are clearly less grainy. But I don’t have enough knowledge to understand how much of the upgrade is 1 year or camera research, and how much is the fact that I have 3 lenses now.

Anyway, my wife wants to update her 11 to a 14 Plus. How much of a camera upgrade is that expected to be? Especially for indoor portrait photos, but also in general. 3 year of camera research has to be good, but still 2 lenses..

The difference between the camera performance of the 11 and 14 is just massive. Day and night, really.

11 to 14 Plus should be a decent upgrade indeed, in camera (especially for night photography), battery life and also in screen (size, type and quality).
