iPhone 11 Pro 11 or 11 Pro for shooting video?

I have an Iphone XR and shoot a lot of video for projects that I edit on the phone as well. The video is fine but wondering if the 11 Pro would shoot better video quality that would make a big difference? Or is the 11 even worth upgrading for video quality?

All I care about is video quality.

Is the 11 or 11 Pro camera sensor size larger than the XR?

That's the biggest drawback for cameras in phones...sensor size.
