I’m wondering… my main complaint on the 11” previous models would be the weight. New model owners… how different does it feel? Give me all your impressions.
15% is not peanuts though. The iPhone losing 11% weight was highly noticeable. The difference is big on the 13". It's negligible on the 11". you won't notice it on the smaller pro device
It’s a noticeable difference for me. When it’s resting on my lap as a tablet, it feels almost weightless. When its in my backpack I don’t even notice its there.I’m wondering… my main complaint on the 11” previous models would be the weight. New model owners… how different does it feel? Ah ok.The difference is barely 5% on the iPad Pro 11 M4 vs M2, not 15%. 1.03 pounds (466 grams) vs 0.98 pounds (444 grams). 0.05 pounds are not going to make a significant difference.
Wow surprised at that, I didn't try with the folio though. Could of swore the M4 felt lighter lolMy 11” M1 IPP with Smart Folio weighs 1lb 6.9oz. My 11” M4 IPP with Smart Folio weighs 1lb 6.8oz. Basically identical.
Wow. That’s the single most significant piece of info I have seen. They’re nearly the same once you add the Smart Folio, which I would do.My 11” M1 IPP with Smart Folio weighs 1lb 6.9oz. My 11” M4 IPP with Smart Folio weighs 1lb 6.8oz. Basically identical.
