You are screwed. I would wait and put a cheap screen protector on it until this mess settles down.

Yea I got a screen protractor on it for now. Just wondering if I should go through Apple or someone else.

Yikes! That’s some unfortunate timing, is it still useable at least?

Probably best thing to do if it’s still usable.

Yea it’s still useable. Putanother screen protector on it for now til I figure out what I should do.

Just hang on until the Apple stores are re-opened after the 27th. I would not use anyone else to replace the screen but Apple. You do realize that screen replacement on you iPhone 11 Pro Max is going to cost $329.00? (unless you have Apple Care Plus, then it will cost $29.00)

Yes I do. Im really mad at myself but **** happens ya know. Everyone I’m calling is wanting to charge $400+. I’m like wth I’ll just wait til Apple store opens back up.

You can go to support.apple.com or use the Apple Store app on any iOS device to make a service appointment at an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Most AASPs are still open. They are trained by Apple, use genuine parts, accept Apple Care + claims, offer similar prices otherwise and have all of the same tools and utilities Apple Retail uses.

bestbuy is authorized to service apple repairs. A friend just had it fixed with them for 29 with applecare.

You could look at uBreakiFix, but I don’t trust the quality of the third-party parts that they use. [They don’t have access to Apple OEM parts], and some of their stores from my understanding have some poorly trained employees. So use caution, research reviews of the store you choose if you move forward in this direction.

if I’m not mistaken, Batteries Plus also can replace your display, but again, it will be a ‘third-party’ display That won’t touch Apples display calibration/color and overall quality.

Yea I don’t wanna go with a third party display.
