11 pro max - switching to 4G by itself

Hi.
My phone switches to mobile data by itself when i don’t use it.
Every time I unlock the phone it’s connected to 4G network and in an instant it’s back on WiFi.
Is this an iOS bug or something?

Have you tried to reset network settings?

I can try and wait to see what happens, but it’s a new phone and i didn’t even restored any backups.

After you reset network settings I would shut the phone off and then restart it again..
