Eidorian macrumors Penryn Feb 23, 2011 #3 It is a missing toolbar icon. The same happens when you have a Dock icon that no longer properly links to its target. It can be removed when you are in Customize Toolbar.

Just right-click in the toolbar, choose customize toolbar, and drag the question mark off the toolbar. Reactions: CoastalOR
