Hello everyone I am new to Hackintosh. I currently have a MBP but I want a desktop for development, nothing really special...I just don't want to shell out(can't afford) $700-$2500 on a new Mac. So I decided to go Hackintosh. Here's the build I'm looking to go with;
.) GIGABYTE GA-G31M-ES2L MoBo - $48.99
.) Intel Celeron E3400 2.6 Ghz - $49.99
.) KINGSTON 2GB RAM - $30.99
.) GIGABYTE GV-N84STC-512I Rev2.0 GeForce 8400 Graphics Card - $29.99
.) LITE-ON CD/DVD Burner - $20.99
.) Seagate Barracuda ST3500413AS 500GB - $39.99
.) Antec BP550 Plus 550W Power Supply - $64.99
.) Antec Three Hundred Illusion Black Steel ATX Mid Tower Computer Case - $54.99
.) Software - Mac OS 10.6, iBoot and Multibeast - Have
Ok, so that's $340.92 (not including tax+shipping) Do I have everything? Is all this compatible? Do you think it will run OS X?
