12.9 instore availability?

From what I've seen outside of the biggest cities in US, 12.9 instore availability is pegged for the 29th!! Why wouldn't Apple have more of these? Or maybe they are just coming later in the day? Stupid 10.5 is available on every street corner. 😡😀😱😳 I just want my 12.9 Pro...

Yeah, if anything, I would have expected the 10.5 to be harder to find since they seem to be in higher demand.

I guess Apple will ditch either 9.7 or 12.9 in the future in favour of 10.5.
But 12.9 has become a lot more useful than before thanks to iOS 11 and all of those promised features for iPad.

I think they under estimated demand for 12.9, my store (Jacksonville, FL) sold out of 12.9 within 2 minutes. Still plenty of 10.5s available though.

i think because 12.9 can be seen as a true laptop replacement with IOS 11 while i don't think the 10.5 screen size is big enough for that.

Best Buy had a hand full of 12.9 when I picked my 10.5 up, not sure what colors and capacities they're stocking in store though.
