So I finally got around to watching this week's Apple keynote when they introduced the new 9.7" iPad Pro, and they mention that the new pro 4 speaker system produces "2 times" more audio volume than the iPad Air 2.

Given that, I decided to go back and watch the keynote from last year when they introduced the 12.9" iPad Pro. Sure enough, they gave the same information there, but it was "3 times" more audio volume than the iPad Air 2. So that means the 12.9" iPad Pro speaker system puts out 50% more volume than the 9.7" iPad Pro.

Probably not something most people care about, but I own a music production company and use my iPad Pro for lots of sound related stuff, and one of the big features that I love is the awesome speaker system.

I want to know how the added speakers impact vibrations. Whenever I've used an Air 2 at full volume you definitely feel them in the hand. Seeing as its essentially the same enclosure, I'm guessing the vibrating will be the same, just a bit more equal across it.
