12 Core 2.66 - Refurb v. 2012

I am wondering if I am comparing apples to apples.
Is the 2010 12 core 2.66 the same as the 2012 12 core 2.66?

I may buy the refurbished 2012 if it is the exact same processor and there is no difference in speed or performance.

Same CPU. Check if there's any difference between RAM and GPU configs between those two offers. Unless one had upgrades to either of those components they should be exactly the same. They look identical to me (6GB 1333MHz, HD 5770).
