12 Fail...Problems with Pics in iMessgae

So for the first time in my Apple history, I’m considering iOS 12 as a whole, a fail. Have not found a single thing I like better. FaceTime is completely annoying.

But a glitch I have is trying to scroll back through old pics buried in an iMessage trail. Once I go to info for that person and get to the screen with the trail of pics, it’s completely unusesble. If I start to barely scroll down through the pics, it just takes off running to the very bottom. Does the same on the way up.

Is there a way to provide feedback, on issues, actual problems, and dislikes on items such as this (and the iOS overall)?

Update to the beta they fixed this issue

I just received the update to 12.1.1 last week on my iPad Pro and I’m finding it locking up when doing videos at full screen. I’m also seeing problems with wireless being connected but safari reporting no wireless connected. My iPhones and iMac have no issues with wireless.
