Did anyone else notice that the screen on the 12 mini is narrower than on the 2nd gen. SE?

Can't say that I have. I have an SE (1st gen) and a 2nd gen. Along with my 12 mini. Guess I can break out a ruler and check. I know the mini is physically smaller but does have a larger display and the aspect ratio is very different, so it does appear to be taller/narrower.

I still use a 3GS and iPhone 4 though and going from those to a 5/5S/SE makes those feel narrower, even though they aren't. Just taller and more bezel space on the 3.5" phones makes it feel that way.

If you want narrow, come use my Palm Phone :)

Oh sorry, I meant to specify 2nd gen. Fixing now.

What do you mean by asking notice? In terms of day to day use?

that its narrower is documented in the specs since release day
