12 PM VS 13 PM Apple leather case

Not sure if anyone had posted the comparison.

The Baltic Blue case is for iPhone 12 Pro Max.

The Sequoia Green is for iPhone 13 Pro Max.

Too hard for me to show but the 13 PM Sequoia case is ever so slightly thicker than the 12 PM Baltic case.

Exactly. There are two shades of purple, Dark Cherry, Wisteria, and honestly, I find the 12’s Deep Violet leather case looks much nicer than either of them. On that note, I don’t know why we needed two purples - one of them should’ve been blue.

My gripe comes with the fact that, unlike 11 Pro (Forest Green) and 12 Pro (Baltic Blue), Apple didn‘t bother creating a leather case colour at launch that matches the flagship colour for the 13 Pro, Sierra Blue. Honestly none of the 13’s leather cases suit the Sierra Blue well in my opinion which is a pity as I much prefer Leather over silicone.

And THAT is the reason that, for the first time, i am not buying the “exclusive” color. I went with Graphite this year. I figure that Graphite matches best with any case color. I went with Sequoia Green case this year to go with Graphite. (Unfortunately, i am still waiting for my iPhone to come in.)

Does anyone find it interesting that the weight of the iPhone 13 leather case is 1g lighter? I re-tested on my admittedly cheap scale…the results are repeatable.

They probably figured out a way to shave a sliver off of the leather to make the case lighter and will save millions of $$$ in the process.

Not disagreeing with you….but me personally, BIG FAT NO on that color.
