I'm gonna buy an apple laptop (my first one), but I don't know if the 12" powerbook is gonna be the best option. I'm gonna use it for programming (mostly, under linux) and some (amateur) multimedia and graphic design. What do you think about it? Is it gonna be quite enough? Is it worth getting the 14" iBook? The main problem for a bigger laptop is that I guess I'm gonna be in constantly movement and I still have no car (so the notebook it's gonna be on my bag), that's why mobility is wellcome.

Another question is if anyone has proved really the AirPort Extreme under Cisco Wireless? Does it works properly?

Bye!

Congratulations on the switch. :)

If you don't like the size of the 14 inch iBook and don't need an inbuilt DVD burner, have a look at the 12 inch iBook. I doubt you'd need the PowerBook but, of course, it'd be nice.

Under the AirPort Extreme Tech Specs page:

Cisco LEAP client support to connect to Cisco LEAP access points.

I'm not sure if this answers your question though. :)

as long as the cisco wireless supports 802.11b/g it will work. brand has nothing to do with the standard. to answer your question directly though, it will work.
