12" Powerbook G4 rev.A battery problems

i have my 12" Powerbook G4 rev.A for about 18 to 20 months now, and my battery will die at around 70% when the CPU is running heavy... is that normal, if not... does it mean my battery is dieing... i am shock to see it happen after 18 or so months. 😱 😡
