I turned mine up to 1440x900 as the first thing when setting up, and have not looked back.
I'm coming from the same resolution on a 13" MacBook Air, and have no issues so far. Scales beautifully and is highly readable.

I agree. It's amazing to have this much real estate in such a small and light footprint.

+1 for 1650x1050 when I'm mobile and 3440x1440 when docked. I love 1650x1050, its very clear considering the scaling and allows me to be incredibly productive.

I use 2560x1600 on my 13" rmbp since I got it 2 years ago. Loving the extra real estate.
