Absolutely not. 120Hz is immidiately noticable and looks fantastic.

Edit: Sorry I just read that you mean only on iPhones, which I honestly don't recall if I've tried.

Android devices have some much better displays than iPhone and yes 120 is very noticeable on better displays.

Really now? Please note a device with a much better display and explain why the same refresh rate is worse on iPhones somehow?
 
i really like the 120hz but dislike the weight and large cameras so using my 12Pro. I await the titanium or other lighter chassis for an upgrade.
 
I can notice it when my 10PM goes into low battery mode, and when I am using my daughters iPhone 13. It’s not terrible, but I would not want to use it all the time. Not after getting use to the 13PM
 
It is noticeable as you start using it. After a couple of mins you get adjusted and forget about it.
