WTF.. 2 weeks ago i bought them for $39 :D

go and buy folks! they are very good RAM

you cant use 1333mhz on a 2010?
Don't really know. I was joking around about caring about the sub-$10 price difference.

Apple says 1066. And the "Cas Latency" is 7 on the stuff I ordered vs the stuff here with a "Cas Latency" of 9. And timings of 7-7-7-20 vs. 9-9-9-24. While I don't have the slightest idea what any of that means, I assume lower latency is good? Right?

Plus, the RAM I'm getting is a BAMF blue color, vs. this stuff in boring green.

Got in on it when Amazon had it for the same price last month. 16GB upgrade for about $60 (sold my old ram on ebay for $20 - so really I only paid $40).

Beats $200 that's for sure.

Well, yeah o_o... But I have not seen 8gb kits for $200 in a while. Usually hovering in the $100 or (way) less these days.

Have you guys ever used Patriot Memory? Fry's has the 8GB 1333mhz for $40. Looks like a good deal but never used Patriot and was unsure about the 1333mhz in my 2010 2.4ghz 15".

This will work with the new 2011 iMac right?

----------

Btw, it is also at amazon for the same price.

More realistically in the $50 range.

I was talking about apple's price.

Glad to see a lot of people was able to jump on this.
