123 apps can't be synced

    Hmmmm

    It seems none of my apps can be synced with my new iPad because they are not compatible.....

    Any ideas

    Did you use these same apps on a previous iPad?

    More likely that you have synced apps from 2 diff accounts previously. Just update some apps from the iPad directly and enter in all the passwords it asks for and it should start working again.
