I think we'll see an iPhone 4S and iPhone 5.
iPhone 4S
A5 Processor
512MB RAM
3.5" display
960x640 resolution
5MP camera
16GB- $99
iPhone 5
A5 Processor
1GB RAM
4" display
1280x720 resolution
8MP camera
32GB- $199 and 64GB- $299
I think it's a reasonable prediction, right?

Yes, except I doubt we'll get a 64GB and if we do, it won't be $299. Maybe iPhone 5 will come in 16, 32, and 64 GB priced a $199, $299, and $399 respectively.
Almost everything that resolution is way to much for a little 4" screen it's around 376 DPI which is not necessary
Which is why I want a 4.3" screen, not 4", but I seriously doubt Apple is going in that direction. Frankly, almost all the major smartphones coming the next couple months are going HD. Vigor, Nexus, Galaxy SII LTE, just to name a few. iPhone 4 may have the best screen today, but there is no guarantee the next iPhone will have the best.
I would like a 4.3" screen as well, but only if Apple changed the aspect ratio of the phone. Android phone screens are longer and narrower (16:9 ratio), while the iPhone screen is shorter and wider (3:2 ratio). This means that if Apple continues that ratio and just diagonally extends the screen, the 4.3" one would seem ridiculously wide. If Apple switched to 16:9 (which makes a lot of sense since smartphones by design are longer than they are wide) then a 4.3" would be great.
Not to mention 16:9 is the standard for HD video.
I feel like we just did this poll

LoL, have you NOT been reading, seeing, hearing about iPhone 5? I think if you believe there is "no leaks or anything" related to the iPhone 5 then you're really not paying attention. There are many references to i5 on this very web site.I'm 99% sure it will be an iPhone 4S. The iPhone 4 will be bumped down to 8GB and sold for $99 as usual. Apple will not release two new products. That goes against their usual release cycle. There is nothing pointing to an iPhone 5, no leaks or anything.
That said, if I am right, I will be disappointed and will likely keep my iPhone 4 another year. I am not in the market to spend $300 on a speed bump and added voice control.
