Do you think Apple will reveal an all new iPhone design tomorrow (slimmer with bigger screen) or will simply release an improved but same design iPhone 4s?

Please reply below with iPhone 4s or All New iPhone 5 Design (or both).

I think it will be fun to see who is right and who is wrong. I'll go first below:

Even though there is no evidence and that all the rumours point to 4s :(, I still think we'll see an all new iPhone 5th gen design tomorrow:D.

I think Apple will reveal the following:


  • iPhone 4 - will discontinue until all stock sold.
  • iPhone 4s - new cheaper model with less memory but faster A5 chip
  • iPhone 5 - all new 5th generation design - slimmer, larger screen + A5 8M Cam

Here's my speculation, which if history tells us anything I'm pretty confident I'll be spot on.

- Apple will release an iphone, people will be disappointed but still excited that a new iPhone has been released.

- We will have endless threads about how awesome certain features are.

- The iPhone will launch and people will start receiving the new iPhone.

- There will be endless threads talking bout how awesome the new iPhone is and how much snappier Safari is.

- People will find problems with their iPhones. Some kind of screen temperature or a rattle something makes.

- We will have endless threads about said issue.

- People will get over said issue after several months.

- Speculation will begin about the next iPhone.

- People will complain about what they thought the next iPhone would have but rumors aren't lining up with their hopes eventhough Apple hasn't said anything about what actually will be in the next iPhone.

- Repeat.
 
If you still have not seen enough polls confirming that most of us want bigger screen, then you have been living under the rock. But wanting and not getting it at the end has NOTHING to do with one's reputation.
 
I can't stake my reputation in this thread. What strangers on the Internet think of me is far too important.
 
I think 4S.

But if I'm wrong, I don't know what I'm going to do with myself. My reputation will be in tatters, I'll probably lose my job as a result and then get evicted. I hope Apple can live with that on their conscience!
 
Wow, such a heavily viewed thread. Yet no one wants to stake their reputation. I will stake that it will be an iPhone 4s only.

I don't have much of a rep here but with whatever I have, I am gonna gamble there's both an iPhone 4S (Cheaper; mainly to penetrate China and India markets) and the all new iPhone 5 (Bigger screen, A5, 8MP camera).
 
I can tell you this...If the new iPhone is indeed that ugly ass "tear drop" design I wont touch it with a 10ft pole.

The new iPhone whatever.model.it.is... will give the Android Bashers more ammunition to launch against the platform they've made their personal whipping boy :eek:
 
No, but I think we'll see a redesign sooner rather than later. Perhaps alongside the iPad 3 in the spring.

Sorry, I didnt say that about the iPhone 4 and I bought one. In fact, I think the 4 is the best looking design to date.

Who the ***** wants a cell phone shaped like a calculator for the 70s?
 
It will definitely have a redesign. Either externally or internally. :p
