I received my 4s only to realize the volume buttons were in the wrong spots. Anyone else have this issue?

Wow! Seems to be a few quality control issues this year. Is this the first time another factory apart from Foxconn has produced IPhones?

I'm getting a White 4s next week I just hope there is no problems for myself or anymore people here!!

Would this be reason enough to ask for a replacement? I know it seems a little picky, but I would like it to be the correct way haha

I love apple but I've always had quality control issues with every product I bought from them. this year my wall charger is shot.

Setup a appointment at a Apple genius bar. 100% chance they will replace your iPhone. This is a manufacturing defect and it clearly states in the warranty that they will replace your iPhone.

I actually laughed when I saw this. It is so ironic that you have a + and - switched on the iphone which is made by a company that always perfect in everything to do. :D

When paying this much for a product, it should be perfect. However, I don't blame them for the mistake. Millions of iPhones made by under payed over worked employees, means mistakes are bound to happen. But that's what a warranty is for. :D

You paid $650 for the thing. You should demand a replacement even if the phone just smells funny (ok, slight hyperbole.)

But switched volume buttons is without a doubt replacement-worthy.

Agreed. This isn't even debatable in my book. Take it back.
People even take their phones back because it "rattles" (and I'm not even sure if this is being picky).

It's a "special" iPhone. Don't smother it too much just because he's different from the other guys.

Wow that is something! That made me check mine. I would definitely return it and get it swapped out.
