128GB vs 256GB size (not model)

Hello,

Trying to decide which option to go for (purely from the disk size point of view). After you install OSX, office and a couple CS apps like photoshop and illustrator, how much actual workable space do you have left? If I want to have the option to use bootcamp, how much does that take up? I'm just wondering if I can get away with 128GB.
