Hi all,
I am looking into upgrading my current 17" mid 2010 MBP to a new Retina. However I keep going back and forth on the size of the computer. I really don't like how big and bulky my 17" is currently, but the screen size is very nice. I do travel with work and use my laptop on the plane so I was leaning towards the 13.3. Besides 1.7" added screen size are their any advantages of the 15" over the 13.3"? I know a lot of it is personal preference so what are your preferences?
If the cost is not an issue, the specs of the 15" quad with more RAM and dedicated GPU would better future-proof the machine and enable you to use it longer, possibly negating the upfront cost difference.

had the 13.. now the 15.

Will never go back to the 15.

15R is a great computer and just as easy to travel with as the 13.

If you want a true on the go all the time computer AIR11

Really? The next time I sit next to you in coach my complimentary coffee just may accidentally hit an air pocket.

The MBP15 is a beast on a plane. I wish they'd ban them.

I think you should get whatever you can afford lol...if price doesnt matter then get the 15inch....its worth it and its more likely to last longer due to the better interals
