13.4 broke Logitech keyboard on IPP 10.5?

I have a Logitech Slim Combo for my IPP 10.5. Im pretty sure 13.4 broke some level of support for it. Namely, the single quote, pipe, and backslash no longer works. Its not a physical keyboard problem because the double quote (which is shift-single quote) still works. Does anyone else have one that can check for me?

Its extremely annoying because I use the keyboard primarily for ssh work and pipe is a pretty important character in bash!
