13 Days NEW... Exchange?

I just purchased a 13" MBP 13 days ago. 😀 I have ONE dead pixel directly in the middle of the screen. I realize it only ONE PIXEL but 13 days...😡

Will the Apple retail store exchange this?!?!

I'm only asking because the store is a pretty long drive. Thanks

For one pixel? Probably not. However if it bothers can't you return it and make a whole new transaction?

Usually a group of dead pixels is required for a repair or exchange. However, for one in the centre and obviously present, sometimes they are more lenient. Make an appointment with your local Genius bar or call Apple. Do it today.

They may just repair the unit.

I had a dead pixel on my old HP laptop after 1 week. I took it back to best buy and they exchanged it on the spot. I'm afriad i have no experience with apple's exchange policies but best buy were good 😀
