13 hours call time on brand new iPhone 6?

In Cellular settings it is showing as 13 hours for current period and lifetime. Is this based on how long the phone is turned on? I definitely have not talked for 13 hours on this phone. Would a few members please check theirs? Just curious on what it refers to.

When setting up my 6, I did a restore from a backup of my iPhone 5. That process took maybe an hour. Then I checked, and the lifetime call time said 5 hours 20 minutes. I had not even placed a single call yet!
